The Reservation Agreement does
not constitute a binding
agreement to purchase the Unit.  
The sole purpose of the
Reservation Agreement shall be to
reserve to Buyer the first right to
enter into in Binding Sales
Contract for the purchase of the
Unit at the sales price.   Buyer
shall have fifteen (15) days
following the receipt of a Sales
Contract from Seller to execute
and return the same to Sellers
agent along with any deposits
required within such time period.  
If Buyer  does not return a signed
Sales Contact and within the
stated time period, the
Reservation Deposit shall be
returned to Buyer and this
Reservation Agreement shall be
deemed terminated and of no
further force or effect.
Reservation Agreements are now
being accepted for Spanish Village
Cottages.  A $1000.00 deposit will
be held in escrow at Stewart Title,
Port Aransas, TX.   Upon receipt of
the  Sales Contract and
Homeowners Association
Documents, Buyer shall have
fifteen (15) days to review HOA
documents and return an executed
Sales Contact and any deposits
required under Sales Contact.
