When are assessments due and how should I pay?

Assessments are due quarterly and payable to Spanish Village Condominium Owner's Association

What are the parking rules?

Vehicles (including golf carts) must have a parking pass displayed

Passes can be requested from Sand Key Realty

Management companies are responsible for providing the passes to their guests.

No boats or trailers are allowed in Spanish Village 

What if I want to make any architectural changes?

Homeowners that want to make architectural changes will need to submit their plans to the board of directors for approval. 

Please review the bylaws during the planning process and feel free to reach out to a board member or the COA manager with any questions you may have.
